About
Kaylee Eggers, and a wheel in the mountains
Twelve 2 Pottery is one person. Every mug, pitcher and small sculpture in the shop was made by her, from wet clay to finished glaze.
Kaylee’s story
Kaylee Eggers, Twelve 2 Pottery.
Kaylee started making pottery in 2019, at fourteen years old. After several years of practice she turned it into a business of her own, and Twelve 2 Pottery LLC opened its Etsy shop in 2026.
Everything listed is completely handmade from start to finish in her studio in the mountains of North Carolina. She throws or hand-builds each piece, trims it, glazes it and fires it herself. Nothing is produced in large batches and nothing is finished off-site.
That is also why the pieces vary. A glaze that pools thick on one mug will break thin over the rim of the next, and the speckle in the clay body shows differently depending on how the kiln ran that week. Buying handmade means buying the particular one you are looking at.
“I hope you find a piece to enjoy as much as I enjoy making it.”Kaylee Eggers
In its first months the shop has sold 72 pieces and holds a 5.0 average across 9 reviews. Custom requests, matching sets and gifts are all welcome through Etsy messages.
